The Launch Pad is a thicker, bouncier and more powerful version of the Sweet Spot.
With its 13cm high base, and 90cm x 120cm size, the Launch Pad is a great portable training device in and around the gym. It’s useful in a wide variety of moves, tricks and progressions. As the name suggests the Pad can be used to launch into the air and gain the extra height you require to perfect a move or can be used statically to perform standing moves. It features a strong denim cover with a target design and non-slip material on the bottom.
