Flex Roll

The T2K Flex Rolls allow Gymnastic or Cheerleading floor areas to be set up or taken down in minutes: perfect for multi-purpose facilities where mats have to be moved in and out frequently such as schools or Leisure Centres.

All Flex Rolls are 1.8m wide and 3.5cm thick

Includes hook fastening tape connections when purchasing two or more mats.



The four keys to look for when buying carpet bonded foam mats are:
- Foam: The most important component of any quality mat, our high-impact cross-linked polyethylene and EVA foams provide great shock absorption and durability.
- Carpet Surface: Our mats are made with our custom heavy-duty carpet that's durable while providing a great soft feel.
- Foam/Carpet Bond: One of the keys to a long-lasting mat is the bond between the foam and the carpet layers. Our Flex Mats use an advanced flame laminating process that fuses the two together for maximum strength, creating a near-perfect bond.
- Flex System/Cuts: To make the T2K Flex rolling method possible, cuts must be made in the foam on the back side of the mat. Our state of the art computerized system makes a perfect cut every time while leaving the carpet layer untouched, for a fold that won't fail over time.



Please note, mat length may vary due to the manufacturing process, all Flex Rolls are supplied at a minimum of 6.4m or 12.8m long.

NON-FLEX:
Non-Flex versions also available to order (pre-order only). These are recommended for floor areas that are left out full time or used on top of Sprung Floors.

UK Mainland Delivery

Free delivery to UK Mainland (excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands)

Most website orders will be sent with a next day courier* as soon as possible once full payment has been received if the item is in stock. *Next day delivery to most of UK Mainland

Deliveries can be made to any address however someone will need to be there to sign for the items.

Smaller items will be sent as parcels with Parcelforce and larger items or orders with multiple pieces will be packaged together and delivered on a pallet through a pallet network.

Small products, for example T2K Sliders, Replacement Tubes for Air Products and single rolls of Hook Fastening Tape are often sent by First Class Royal Mail, so please allow 1-3 working days delivery for these.

Deliveries are made any time between 8:30am and 18:00pm. Parcels delivered by Parcelforce will receive a text message with a delivery time slot if a mobile number has been provided. 

Very large items over 2m in length, such as large Safety Mats or Landing Mats will be delivered by one of our own drivers as they are too large to send by courier. Delivery times for these will be based on stock and when we next have a driver available (usually within 1-2 weeks if the item is in stock). After you place an order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Outside of UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or International Orders

We are happy to ship any of our products to Scottish Highlands, overseas or internationally, each order will need to be quoted depending on destination and equipment required.
